Our Founder - Will Reep

Will has over two decades of experience in Sydney’s Financial Services recruitment market, holding senior and director-level roles at leading firms including Robert Walters, Porterallen, Randstad, and Profusion Group.

Throughout his career, Will has worked with clients ranging from Australia’s largest banks and insurers to boutique asset managers, superannuation funds, and emerging FinTechs.

He has built and led high-performing recruitment teams, consistently delivering premium service levels and trusted advice across Accounting, Finance, Risk, and broader Financial Services disciplines.

​As the Founder of Norwood Talent Solutions, Will has created a model that blends the deep market expertise of external recruitment specialists with a embedded, transparent and cost-effective approach to hiring.
